Vertafore Canada is stepping up its commitment to broker modernization by introducing online payments and strengthening key dashboards

Canada’s InsurTech leader is enhancing its world-class digital customer solution and investing in actionable insights

MONTREAL, Jan. 28, 2021 / CNW / – Vertafore Canada, the Canadian subsidiary of North American InsurTech leader Vertafore, today announced its latest offerings to help Canadian brokers modernize their business. The new features include the introduction of payment functions in the latest versions of InsurLink ™ and SIG, as well as new operational dashboards in the SIG Broker Management System (BMS) platform, which brokers use to gain insight into their daily processes.

Online payments via InsurLink improve the digital customer experience

Canadian brokers can now offer their customers online payment capabilities through InsurLink, Vertafore’s award-winning digital experience platform. Launched in the Canadian market in mid-2020, InsurLink enables Independent Brokers to deliver an industry-leading digital experience to their end users that allows them to view and manage their essential insurance documents anytime, anywhere.

InsurLink has rapidly grown in importance to help brokers modernize their business. Vertafore Canada has partnered with three leading payment processors to complement the new digital payments functionality and expand brokers’ ability to provide their customers with a more intimate, simplified digital customer experience. Vertafore Canada has also introduced payment functionality to its BMS platform that allows brokers to process payments directly in SIG.

« Marketing a digital experience suite to meet the growing demand for such solutions was a focus for Vertafore Canada in 2020, » said Stacey Miranda, director of product management at Vertafore Canada. « After introducing InsurLink, we have put a lot of effort into expanding our solution, and we have put a lot of effort into building strong partnerships with industry-leading providers, so we’re very proud to be able to offer our customers online payment capabilities now. »

Introduced new SIG dashboards to provide more actionable insights

Vertafore Canada also introduced new operational dashboards into its SIG BMS platform to help brokers gain insight into their day-to-day operations. The new dashboards for renewal comparison and portfolio management are based on customer input and provide a more consolidated, holistic and comprehensive view of key data elements.

With these views in SIG, brokers have seamless access to actionable insights that simplify processes and provide a faster, more personalized experience. As a result, brokers can save significant time by automating the data consolidation steps and presenting those insights in a consumable manner at the push of a button and at the point in the process when they are most valuable.

« The race for information is in full swing and the ability to turn data into actionable, strategic and customer insights is becoming increasingly important, » said Dimitrios Argitis, GM and VP of Vertafore Canada. « These new integrated dashboards are part of our commitment to bring tools and solutions to market that enable our customers to benefit from insights and advanced analytics, all with the aim of improving and simplifying customer service. to achieve faster processes and ultimately more sales and lower overall costs. «

These recent enhancements, which focus on enhancing the digital experience, streamlining processes and using data, are an example of what customers can expect in the months and years to come from Vertafore Canada, who is committed to innovating to bring the market.
